As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet and spacious room at Aranvert Hotel. The south-facing view of Kyoto Tower and Higashi Hongan-ji Temple was breathtaking. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main station and city center. The staff, especially Miss 荒木若未 and her colleagues, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location near Gojo subway station is incredibly convenient. It's only 2 stops away from Kyoto station, making it easily accessible and a great base for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide excellent service. From helpful check-out staff to accommodating requests for storing luggage and renting bicycles, they go above and beyond. The rooms, though a bit 90s in style, are perfectly clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are of reasonable size, and the upper floor rooms offer a pleasant view.
Our stay at this hotel was excellent and we didn't encounter any major issues.
